- The product must be returned with all original tags, labels, and accessories.

- The product you wish to return.
- The reason for the return.
2. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Please note:
- Refunds may take additional time depending on your payment provider’s processing times.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please follow these steps for a smoother refund process:
- Record a video before opening the parcel to document the condition of the package.
- Clearly show the receipt on the parcel at the beginning of the video.
- After recording, contact us immediately with the video, your order number, and a description of the issue.
This helps us process your claim more efficiently. If your claim is approved, we will provide a full refund or a replacement based on your preference.
4. Exchange Policy
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
5. Non-refundable Items
Some items may not be eligible for a refund, including:
- Items marked as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase.
- Products that have been opened or used in a manner not consistent with the product’s intended use.
